It is unique and has no equivalent in the Austrian Alps Resort, surrounded by primal nature, and is built at an altitude of 1,200 metres and is scheduled to be put into service in the second half of 2024. The complex will consist of a hotel of the highest category, several separate chalet and private residences. Ski-in, ski-out with direct access to the famous Kitzbüel ski routes, its own ultra-roasty spa centre, restaurants, parking and many other services will be available to owners and guests of the residence. Private ownership offers apartments of between 80 m2 and 180 m2 which have between 1 and 3 bedrooms and spacious, open kitchens.
